The first 134 meters - Metis 10 meters and 124 meters from Donor families in the Peace Country

Sunday April 21st, 2013 - We arrived at our venue with 400 meters and then 136 more were added to those. Volunteers helped to paint on gold boarders for the unfinished banners then there was the sewing of banners (adding them all together) and then the documentation part started.

Then filming and the numbering of the banners took place
p.s. the sign under the banners is for the table set up for information session/rally- for the first aid team

The first 10 meters were from Zone 6 Metis Nation - Peace River

Now here are the 65 banners that I've done to date in memory of the many donor families from our area and also in memory of those that wanted to donate but were unable to do so.

Banners from Peace Country Donor MOM 1986 -
Please note - I will only post the family name if I am given permisson to do so.

These next ones are from another donor mom from Peace River - now living in Edmonton

More contributions from Donor and also a recipient family from Peace River
